EVOO

Extra Virgin Olive Oil ("EVOO") is the gold standard for olive oil. Made from first cold pressed olives from Italy and Spain, our olive oil is excellent for baking or garnishing. The fruit of OLEA Europaea trees found in the Mediterranean produce the world's best olive oil. 

Olive oil is a heathy liquid fat and an important cooking and baking oil that is a cornerstone of most Mediterranean cuisine. EVOO is rich in polyphenols, organic antioxidant compounds that are found in plants. Diets rich in antioxidants, such as polyphenols, have been well studied and shown to have many health benefits, including: lower cholesterol levels, reduced heart disease risk, lower blood pressure, reduced inflammation, and reduced diabetes risk.
